GetPaidly is a platform that allows sellers to create product pages and collect payments online. We are not a party to transactions between sellers and their customers.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, the accuracy of their descriptions, fulfilling orders, and complying with all applicable laws. GetPaidly is not responsible for disputes between sellers and customers.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. GetPaidly does not store card details. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use GetPaidly to sell illegal goods or services, engage in fraud, spam users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetPaidly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GetPaidly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
